Improve Indoor Air Quality with the Right Ventilation System

On average, people spend around 90% of their time indoors, so maintaining good indoor air quality is extremely important. A properly fitted mechanical ventilation system can help replace stale, poor-quality air with a regular supply of fresh air, creating a healthier environment in your home or workplace.

Ventilation systems help remove moisture, stale air and unpleasant odours, while bringing in cleaner, fresher air that is healthier to breathe.

Experienced Ventilation Design and Installation

iCool Air Conditioning has experienced site surveyors and engineers who can help with the design and installation of a suitable ventilation system for your property. With many years of industry experience, we work hard to find practical solutions for all types of buildings, no matter how straightforward or complex the project may be.

With a ventilation system installed by iCool Air Conditioning, you can enjoy a significant improvement in indoor air quality, helping to create a healthier and more comfortable indoor environment.

How Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery Works

A mechanical ventilation system, often referred to as a heat recovery or MVHR system, works by extracting warm, damp and stale air from inside a building while supplying fresh, filtered air from outside.

As the stale extract air passes through the system, its heat is recovered before the air is expelled outside. The cooler fresh air coming in then passes through the same system, where it is pre-warmed using that recovered heat before being introduced into the building.

This process allows fresh air to enter the property without mixing directly with the outgoing polluted air.

Reduce Indoor Pollutants and Improve Wellbeing

It is surprising how many indoor air pollutants can build up in homes and offices, many of which can contribute to discomfort and a range of unwanted side effects. Improving ventilation can help reduce these pollutants and create a fresher, healthier indoor space.

Benefits of Mechanical Ventilation Systems

Better Indoor Air Quality

We spend much of our time indoors, so having the right ventilation system in place can make a real difference to the quality of the air you breathe every day.

More Control Over Indoor Air Quality

Natural airflow through walls, roofs and windows gives you very little control over the source or amount of incoming air. A mechanical ventilation system gives you a more reliable and controlled supply of clean, fresh air when you need it.

Improved Indoor Comfort

Mechanical ventilation systems provide a steady flow of fresh air throughout the building while also filtering incoming air, helping to create a more comfortable indoor environment.
